Meetings
There is always a significant amount of business to be conducted while running any club, and ours is no exception.
Meetings are held on the second Saturday of January, March, May, July, September and November at:
East Victoria Park RSL Clubrooms [map] 1 Fred Bell Parade, East Victoria Park WA 6101 commencing at 2:30PM sharp
The meeting includes reports from the President, Secretary, Treasurer, Events Coordinator and CMC member.
Correspondence in and out is also mentioned, plus general business regarding different matters are discussed. Members can vote on meeting items and voice their requests/opinions during the ‘from the floor’ session.
The club holds an Annual General Meeting each year on the second Saturday in July, at which members vote for their committee and financial reports for the previous year are discussed. The rest of the meeting is conducted as per a normal general meeting.
Members and guests are most welcome to join us for tea/coffee/cake at the conclusion of the meeting.
Merchandise is available to purchase at all meetings.
