  2. Public Liability:
    The Holden Car Club of WA Inc is insured for public liability under the Council of Motoring Clubs Public Liability Insurance scheme to which our club pays the required amount. Club members contribute to this amount through their membership fees.
     
  3. Conditions of Membership Application:
    Membership commences upon payment of the appropriate fees. Membership shall be for the remainder of the membership year, which ceases on the 30th June in each year. The applicant agrees to be bound by any rules made from time to time and/or varied by the Club, and that membership is bound by, ‘Driving and Club events’ Section ² (below).

  4. Driving & Club events:
    The Holden Car Club of WA Inc expects safe and responsible driving from it’s members while participating in club events. Members should not act in a way as to cause damage and / or loss of property. ² The Club is exempt from all or any liability arising from loss or damage to any vehicle or property, or the personal injury or death of any member or passenger as the case may be, howsoever caused, whether by negligence or otherwise which may occur whilst engaged in any Club activity.

  5. Copyright:
    The club emblem of the Lion holding WA is property of the Holden Car Club of WA Inc and must not be used by any other parties except under the following circumstances;
    • Where an organizer of an event wishes to advertise the clubs attendance to the public
    • Where a third party conveying information wishes to advertise the club or clubs attendance at a certain event.
    • Where another website shares a reciprocal link with the club
    • Where a person has been given authority in writing
