C4C Concessional Licence Procedure
In order to have your vehicle placed on concessional licence you will need to follow the procedure below:
- You must be a financial a member of the Holden Car Club of WA Inc. Membership Application forms can be downloaded from the website.
- The Holden Car Club of WA Inc, must abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the DOT (Department of Transport ). Familiarize yourself with the DOT “C4C Licencing Rules” and be certain that you can comply with all requirements. Concessions (transport.wa.gov.au)
- Email the E116 form (Concessions for Classics scheme (Form E116) (transport.wa.gov.au) and current registration papers to: info@holdencarclub.org.au
- An authorized club representative will sign the form in the Motoring Club Declaration section and return it to you.
- Take the paperwork and your current registration papers for the vehicle (if currently licensed) to a Licencing Centre of the Department of Transport. You cannot do this at a Post Office.
- The attendant at DOT will adjust the licence category to C4C.
- You will need to get made/access a sticker or plate with Restricted Use clearly identifiable. As per C4C Rules, if not displayed, your vehicle is classed as unregistered. C4C Identifier Label (Cars) (transport.wa.gov.au) Club Stickers are available for $10. Holden Car Club WA have Restricted plates available at $25.
- Owners who wish to have their vehicles on C4C through the Club, must be current financial members by the 30th June each year. No extension will be permitted; members MUST remain financial at all times as the vehicle will be deemed unregistered by DoT.
- Please allow minimum of four (4) weeks for applications to be processed by HCCoWA
