Concessional vehicle licensing is available to financial members of approved motoring clubs, including the Holden Car Club of WA.

This includes:

• Veteran, Vintage, Post Vintage and Invitational vehicles (‘Code 404’) for eligible unmodified vehicles over 25 years old.
• Concession for Classics (‘C4C’) for eligible vehicles over 30 years old and approved street rods.

The Code 404 Information Handbook and the C4C Code of Conduct detail the terms and vehicle use conditions for these Schemes respectively.

Committee members of the Holden Car Club of WA are volunteers, and applicants should allow approximately 2 weeks for applications to be processed.
